Opinions on this cylinder head?

Hi all,

Currently doing some work on my Alfa V6 busso engine. It was leaking oil into the coolant tank & failed sniff test so in the process of rebuilding the cylinder heads & at the same time doing a few other jobs.

As far as I'm aware they have never been done but after seeing the surface of the heads I'm not so sure now. There are scratches which I can't imagine would have come from the factory like it. I'm not able to tell if the gaskets are original but they don't look in bad condition for 20 years old. What do you all think? Mileage is fairly low at 62k but I've only had it since 55k over 6 years.

The gaskets look a bit old and rotten, that heads definitely been off before but I don’t see anything that would be a major issue.
Personally I’d clean the face up with wd40 and 600 wet and dry on a block.
Or you could get it lightly skimmed.

I'll probably get it skimmed & cleaned. A bit concerning there's nothing else obvious, I'm wondering if the liners seals are ok as the liners can spin quite easily
