Mercedes GLC squeaking issue

Morning all, wondering if anyone has any ideas about a momentary squeak that comes from my (new to me) GLC300d (2.5 years old).

The squeak is fairly loud - enough to notice from inside the car with windows shut - and would estimate it to be about half a second in duration. It occurs when the engine restarts from start-stop, when coasting and then throttle reapplied, and when slowing down - I think when the auto box changes down a gear.

Any thoughts? Thanks

I would say that it is abnormal, especially on a vehicle sold on quality like a Merc.

Having taken appropriate precautions, could somebody re-start the engine with the bonnet open to get a better idea of where the noise is coming from?
