Kia sportage MY16 gearbox

I've had this irritating issue with this cars clutch/box since bought.

I got fobbed off by kia that I "needed to get used to the clutch".

It really doesn't feel right and feels clunky.

video is when stationary, is this noise in the video Normal when clutch is pressed and I'm changing gears?

sounds like the gear linkage to me. But that would depend if it's cables or an old school metal rod to swap the cogs.

My missus says there isn't a problem with it but to me I never get from 1st to 2nd cleanly and its noisy as anything...and I've driven hundreds of cars ok without this issue.

One thing to note is this had a towbar on it so has probably not been driven perfectly....however it only has 30k on the clock so I've booked it in for kia to look as it's under warranty.
