2008 Mercedes c320 cdi fault code

I've got an 11b800 code on a 2008 mercedes c320 diesel,says "The control deviation during rail pressure regulation via the quantity control valve is too high"
This is on the high pressure pump,will the fuel come out at high pressure replacing this valve?
Car runs perfectly,eml light only comes on when you give it the beans at around 60mph.
No stalling,idling problems at all,it's only at speed.
I actually just serviced it and the air filters were filthy!I mean the worst i've personally seen,i thought the state of them would have triggered the EML/MIL light but it still does it after the service,here's the filters on the car the seller had 'just serviced' :-)
