Transit Differential Retrofit - anyone aware manufacturer?
Discussion
Hi
An aftermarket diff is available for VW transporters made by Quaife
Quaife also make the one factory fitted in the Transit Trail / option on the Transit Active, but sadly it is not avalable as an aftermarket product.
Does anyone know anyone who manufacturers / fits one?
(This is to enhance light adventuring in a transit)
Many thanks in advance

The Transit LSD appears to be the QDF13J as fitted to the Ford / Volvo M66 box, it doesn't look to be a tied part;

Nil.The following page indicates similarity between Transit & Focus RS LSD's, but you would need to do some box & part number comparisons to figure it out.
Although an LSD will fit a specific gearbox, it possible that it's only advised, supplied & warranted for specific applications of that gearbox (so tied to a fashion).
