Mercedes W212 E220 OM61 engine rattling when cold started

Hello everyone,

I have a Mercedes Benz W212 E220 2015 and it has a rattle sound when it's started cold but eventually goes away or it quietens down.

The car has done 177k miles, to preface this the car was bought from auction and I have no service History for it but Mercedes are sending me the service History for up to 92k miles, I'm assuming the rest to be serviced by an independent garage.

I will attach a video of the sound, I've looked online and this seems to be infamous OM651 death rattle? I'm not entirely sure but I would appreciate some advice.

My guess is yes as it’s was punted on to auction because of it.
Difficult to diagnose just by a video.

This car has a front end bumper and bonnet damage, it was put through by the insurance company.

I would guess that is a bad injector, I think it's the later oms654 that suffer from rubbish rocker arms, a bad chain has more of a rattle noise.
