Hi folks.ive been looking into fitting a wideband lambda kit with control box.Im not bothered about a seperate readout display, but do need a 0-5volt output signal for my omex 710 if the kit doesnt use a display.Ive been looking at the 'innovate' lc1 and lm1 kits.I'd like to know what the wise and knowledgable on here use/recommend please?

This topic came up recently on another thread. Based on recomendations there I went for a Zeitronix ZT-2 from www.zeitronix.com/ .

Cant fault it at all

AEM do some nice units too.

The likes of the LM-1 is big and bulky.

I think for the money PLX stuff is excellent kit. The R-500 seems to work out around the same cost as most single wideband controllers that are available on this side of the water! If you add together the cost of the EGT monitor and the knock meter plus the datalogging facility you can pay 3 times that amount if you bought it all seperatly.

Its all helped by the current £/$ rate

Thanks for all the input guys, much appreciated.I think i'll probably go for the zt2,as the display is capable of showing other values that might come in usefull in the future

Mine arrived last week, along with a custom's bill for £40 and a bill for £25 from the courier for handling the money.

It's a beautiful bit of kit which I ... erm ... haven't got round to fitting yet. :hangsheadinshame:

Yes, Always factor in the extra costs when importing stuff.
It goes roughly like this:
((total $ cost inc shipping)*1.05)*1.175

(5% duty and 17.5 vat) and then some nominal fee, between 10-25 for couriers handling fee.
