Car is a 2001 Astra 1.6 auto. Low miles of about 45k.
I won't go on about the back story too much but it has been into a mechanics numerous times to investigate a leak and they at first started replacing random things taking many £00's from an old lady. Many arguments from me later and the issue is still there.
Checking under the bonnet everything is fine and up to the correct level.
The leak/trail of something is coming from the NS judging from where it is parked and reversed out of her garage.
Thinking out of the box what could it be.

Put some newspaper undeer the car, see where the drips are landing, see what part of the car is above that, look for anything that may have dripped at that location.
Find out what fluid it is. If it's clear it's likely to be water condensation, coolant, screenwash or hydraulic fluid. Hydraulic fluid will feel slippery / soapy. If it isn't hydralic fluid it probably isn't important in these small quantities.

I did not want to type too much info but the garage that has been dealing with it have apparently done all the diagnosing, the cardboard under it leaving it sat at an angle etc etc and came up with nothing.Find out what fluid it is. We don't care what they seemed to come up with ( or didn't come up with as the case usually is ) especially if you cannot or will not tell us what that was. Or if indeed as you say they have done all this, there should be some answers. "Nothing" is not an answer, when there are clearly fluid marks on the ground...there has to be something assuming those marks are even coming from that vehicle ?A remote diagnosis can never be possible without following instructions and providing correct, detailed and accurate feedback.
By seeking help here you need to take that advise, and when asked something, act on it.
You now need to start diagnosing based on what people here are asking you to do. And placing good clean paper or white cardboard under the car to try and determine at least what fluid is leaking, is just a very basic and simple first step. And I would add to ensure that any undertrays underneath the vehicle are removed first before doing this
