Does anyone know exactly what the following code actually means, vehicle is Vauxhall insignia 2.0 turbo petrol. Says something regarding crankshaft position - exhaust camshaft position not plausible.

I have recently had the time chain replaced
And also the camshaft position sensor as this came up on fault codes.

Since replacing the camshaft position sensor this new code has come up and the bloke wasn’t sure exactly what has caused it.

Get him to double-check the timing of the cams would be the obvious one.

Check he hasn't damaged it/left it unplugged while doing the job would be the other obvious one.

Cheers mate will do. Unfortunately the garage that done the timing chain are a waste of time and not reliable so the bloke that sorted the camshaft issue was different but I’ll get him to have a look though.

Sounds like a camshaft to crankshaft correlation issue maybe frown the guy who did the job may have not fitted/timed the camchain correctly not that uncommon IME
