XC90 D5 185bhp Misfiring Cylinder 5
Discussion
Hi
After fixing the starting issue car starts and runs fine. But when accelerating to around 2k rpm I could hear engine growling with heavy vibration. There is no warning or any messages but scanner picked up misfiring cylinder 5 with DTC 3553 - Misfire Cylinder 5, emission influence
Could anyone please advise me
Thank you in advance

SOLVED
I replaced the injector with a used eBay one and it sorted the issue out, no more misfiring.
I wanted to re-calibrate my one, so I rang up a local injector specialist. They advised me to buy a refurbished one as it cost the same to re calibrate as it involves replacing internal parts and quoted £150 + VAT. The technician also said that my XC90 does not require coding/programming BUT Bosch's part number 0445110251 should match number to number. So it's like just replace and drive. Volvo's part number (30750283) irrelevant.
Taking his 'Bosch part number' advice, I searched on eBay and luckily a local breaker had the same one. I cleared the code and it's running as before now. I thought I'd update you as this might help someone in the future
Cheers
