Discussion
The logo on the chip looks like it is BBR. Which i am certain used to work with ECU mapping and modifications for many vehicles. They now seem to specialise in Mazda.

APS05 refers to magnetti marelli 3 bar map sensor.
It was a pretty standard upgrade path in those days to fit 3 bar map sensor with bigger Bosch injectors either 'Green' or 'Grey' injectors which were also known as '803s' or '403s' respectively so I'd guess that's what the other info means.
