Lower emissions E10 or super unleaded
Discussion
Can anybody give a sure answer to this ? Car failed on CO emissions at fast idle 0.36 and should be below 0.30. Will be doing oil change , recommended cataclean and Italian tune up before taking it back . It’s a jap import micra so should really be running super (97ron). Would I be better off with this ? The new E10 boasts about lower emissions; should I stick with this ?
Many thanks

Lower emissions with E10 means lower net CO2 emissions as the CO2 taken out of the air when growing the crops that are a feedstock for ethanol production. It has nothing to do with what comes out of your tailpipe.
