New clutch pressure plate scratched - reject or fit?
Discussion
Morning all,
Bought a new clutch & flywheel kit online and upon inspection the pressure plate has these scratches at the 9 o'clock position - safe to fit or reject?

I'd be more interested in what brand/quality than the scrape. Usually good stuff is well packaged.
The last clutch kit I bought was LUK and the parts were literally just thrown in a box with a bit of strapping around it to stop everything bursting out, I was surprised how poor the packaging was but I suppose clutches are tough old things.Gassing Station | Engines & Drivetrain | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
