about to buy a 2 yr old car with 1100 miles on the clock. ex-Motability. Pristine.
my feeling (hope) is that this should be ok as it's a newish car and has probably at least been started occasionally.
the biggest issue I can think of is that the AC has never been used (then again it may have been permanently on when driven). Would you worry about any substantive issues? (tyres, battery and fresh oil I can handle.)

My youngest bought a nearly 3 year old Seat Leon estate - an ex motability car - nearly 3 years ago with around 7k.
No issues of any sort.

You'll find some will get them simply because they can & they then spend most of the time sat on the drive.
Get it serviced - consider changing cam belt if fitted as they are often done on a mileage or time basis - and you've effectively got a brand new car.

As above, give it an oil change, check the brakes out cos they haven't seen much use, enjoy an as new car at hopefully a bargain price which assuming its now out of maker's warranty you can self service to a better standard than they would have but at a fraction of the cost.

As long as they haven't slipped the clutch out of it or drove everywhere in 1st gear on the limiter, I'd hardly worry too much.
