AJP8 - unbelievable - nightmare
Discussion
Recently took my CERBERA 4.5 in for a service. On opening up the head in order to adjust the tappets, the garage concerned found that one of my cam caps had fractured/snapped. Is it not just acase of fitting a new cam cap or do I have to have a new cam shaft,5 new caps and the head rebored. I can't believe that TVR would make an engine that requires £2500 of work to be done just because a cam cap has snapped. Surely every AJP8 should be identical and therefore parts swapped about as required? Any help much appreciated
