Are you crazy? Danger to manifold!

Good point. Perhaps any excess boost pressure could be routed past the main flange bearings, and bled off to the 12v accessory socket?

From that lack of information I’m going to guess that that actuator May be burning itself out because the mechanical part of the turbo that it’s trying to move is too stiff - so works for a short period until it wears it out

Now had de carb done running good at moment but I have oil in some pipes going to swap diaphragm now

stay away from carbs...eat sugar.

Put new diafram on still worked for a while now intermitent again , think thares a sensor on exhaust need to get that tested not oxygen one ,
