Ford Motor Company endorse and market such a wonder fluid, it's just about the ONLY fuel and oil additive they do approve too.
I have no idea if that particular item is the same as the ford stuff, as ford apply their own label but i'll wager it's not much different.
It's use was encoraged by dealers to help thefuel injection equipment settle in, bloody dear though, iirc it's about 60 quid a bottle from ford.
