Is it possible to recalibrate the Lucas 5AM air mass meter?

If so, does anybody know of any companies in the Manchester area who do it.

Thanks

Dave

There is a CO adjuster, the RPI web site explains how to calibrate it.

I've adjusted the CO output to give 1.8 volts as per the RPI instructions, but just wondered if the hot wire output could be calibrated.

I have recently had a slight over fuelling problem which only seamed to appear when the engine was warm/hot. I did find that the throttle pot track resistance was 6000 ohms. I compared this with a new one which read 4850 ohms. I've fitted the new pot and set the idle voltage to 0.33 volts but havn't driven very far in it yet so don't know if its any better or not.

Could the old throttle pot have caused a fuelling problem?

Cheers

Dave
