Correct fuel pressure , the ECU takes this vaule as absolute if its out then it's confused.

Don't understand those numbers, what's an air fuel ratio of 35%, what does lambda 1.5% mean?

What has changed recently? Was it previously running OK on that chip, injectors etc? When you say injectors OK, do you mean they're clean, good spray pattern etc or do you also mean you've confirmed they are the correct spec for the map in that ECU? Has the ECU been mapped for your engine with those injectors?

Ok engine (plus loom) is from a crashed Chimaera ( 99 v8 20k)

ecu is from my chimaera which is a 4ltr decatted with decatt chip.

afm also from my chim

( my chim runs an emerald these days)

Engine now sat in tuscan.

fired it up Saturday.

been on the rollers monday

120 bhp very lean ( apparrently 35% would blow it up)

injectors out flow tested all ok. all resistance test done on loom.

changed to correct ecu resistor for the decatt chip

re checked everything and tried again today . its idling better but same result.. no power and very lean..

apparenly the lamba should be about 1 at idle and no higher than 1.1 on full chat...

Major air leak post AFM, i.e. soo much unmetered air getting in, does it whistle .

The fact that its been on a RR and they checked the injectors means they have a fair idea of what they are doing and you came away with no idea as to what iwas wrong .

Seriously have you spoken to Mark Adams as you might need the cavalry not arm chair mechanics.
