Exhaust Manifold torque?

Can someone with the bible to hand let me know the correct torque for the exhaust manifold bolts on a Chimaera (4.0 if it matters).

Thanks for that link. I've printed it out and stuck it into my race kit box.

It's always a pain having to leaf through a manual just to check what the torques should be.
