GMC 6600 Duramax engine

Hello,
Trying to resolve a problem with a pickup truck used for a "special application". GM USA no help as "we are concerned that you may invalidate your warranty or take us to the cleaners"
I'd be grateful for any help I receive concerning an electrical connector for a foot throttle on a 2003 MY GMC Silverado pickup truck. The engine is a 6.6 litre Duramax V8 diesel. Also after any information concerning the throttle pedal electrical system or engine ECU.
