right well aftera bit more reserch ive found that the origional PRV (PVR) engine is a 90 degree block cut down from a V8 design. In the early 90's PSA and renault redesigned the enginge to produce the ES9, a 60 degree block, as they were struggling to fit the PRV in FWD cars.
Now if any one has a clue if the bell housing bolt holes and spacing from an ES9 will fit on a PRV bell housing.
Another route to the desired aim is that the B6304FT is used in the Volvo 960, and S80, The S80 is also equipt with the T5 but does it share the bolt spacing.
If you have a I6 volvo please could you measure the dimensions of the unit.
Thanks
Gwyn
