vauxhall omega immobiliser probs!

HI
Anyone got any ideas on how to disarm the immobiliser on a omega 1995.
Its driving me nuts.
The keyfobs do not work for some strange reason.
Changed the batteries, reset the keyfob but no go!!
I can get in manually but alas can't disarm the immobiliser.
As i can get into it was wondering if there is a manual way to disarm it that i don't know about?
