Anyone used a fuel damper to stop hydraulic pulsation on high flow rate injectors (i.e. > 400cc/min)? Experiences? Necessity?

If the fuel rail is open -ended / returned to tank then you won't need a damper, otherwise if the fuel system is a more modern design / dead ended rail then they are cheap insurance against rail pulsation and worth the trouble of the extra plumbing.
I've expierienced rail pulsation before and it makes mapping very difficult

LS1 has a damper on the rail as standard, don't know if that helps you.

I may be wrong, but i thought i read on some website (may have been Kinsler (think thats spelt right)) that if you use a highe volume rail it helps a lot with this problem.

thanks Chris.
