Fitting new rings to existing pistons. Need to remove the glaze from the bores? Best way to do this?

Take your block to an engineering firm that have a propr honing machine and get them to do it, I don't think it's a very expensive operation.

If you're determined to do it yourself one of those drill-powered abrasive wheels with lots of flaps of emery paper sticking out from a central core seems to be the preferred tool. Be totally meticulous about cleaning up afterwards!
