Pug 306 Air Box / Cam Cover Removal

Help,

Cant seem to remove the air box / cam cover from an 8V 2L XSI. I have removed all of the bolts/nuts/pipes - i just cant lift it out because the left hand end seems to be clashing with the brake master cylinder, not matter how i wiggle it , manouver it, it wont lift out, and tips before i start cutting ....!
