Pug 306 coolant probs

Hi

I have a pug 306 1.4 with 103k miles on th clock.

I checked the water today and found oil in the expansion tank for as far as I could put my finger in.

I've had a head gasket leak for a while but only to atmosphere, it wasn't much so I haven't bothered with it except to top it up now and again.

I'm not sure if the head has gone or just the gasket.

Could someone help please.

Deffo a head gasket gone. Youll need to remove it and get a light skim on the head done to remove any warpage that may have taken place.
If youre handy with the spanners, you can do it yourself, if not get someone you can trust to do the job for you.
