This is an invitation from John Liddon at The Seven Stars in Leigh to come along for a BBQ (noon) on Sunday September 14th . There will be free soft drinks for the drivers and if enough people show interest, he will organise a treasure hunt!. Prizes will be awarded for the oldest car, the best British sports car, the most unusual car, the best race or rally car and best TVR.

Take a look at the Surrey website where you will find all the information under Events.

If you are interested in the treasure hunt, let me know asap as this will give John plenty of time to organise it.

Hope to see you there,
Karen

Oooo - that's my Noble on the newsletter

I'm sure I'll be able to come down with Nick and the treasure hunt sounds fun.

No can do I'm afraid as I'm competing in a triathlon on the Isle of Wight. Shame as I've just had the valves done and the car is running sweeter than ever!

I should be up for this. I think the girlfriend is visiting her god-daughter. A perfect excuse for me to visit the pub.

Hi Andrew

Good to hear from you. I have certainly enjoyed the summer covering nearly 5000 miles so far. It's been brilliant so far (touch wood!).

How many are planning to go to this?

Looks like the Bromley possee may make an appearance.
