Basel, Beer, Babes and er grub

Anyone in SW Germany, Alsace or Switzerland, or anyone who wants to meet up for at least some of the things mentioned in the title one Tuesday or Wednesday evening, let me know.

Paddy Reillys Bar at the Heuwaage in Basel, is the suggested location.

There will be at least two of us (JMGS4 and myself) and hopefully some more of you will join us.

Abels, the end of next week is a Bank holiday, so it would have to be the Tuesday, for me. Let me know, either here, or email through the profile, and I'll see if John is available too.

Anyone driving into Basel be warned! No great parking except in the Expensive Heuwaage Parkplatz, directly opposite the pub!
I'll be wearing my (just arrived yipee!) PHer Tee-shirt or Fleece!

BTW anyone on Friday 25th July there is welcome for a curry after the beer at our place, or Saturday midday 26th!

PPS anyone need directions?
The Heuwaage is under the flyover between Basel SBB station and the main road going north to France,near the Zoo. Paddys is opposite the entrance to the Parking. Beware if you don't know it, the Heuwaage crossing is one of the stoooopidest, trams have priority (they often nudge foreign cars BTW!) and they come from 3 directions, traffic from 5 directions!!!
Lots of pretty young ladies there and one can sit outside on the grass when it's warm.

Myself and FireBlade02 will be in the general vicinity on Monday 07 July on our way from the 'Ring to Lyon, via an overnight in Baden-Baden (where *DO* they get these names?? ) . I think we are passing through Mulhouse and Montbéliard on the A36. Anyone going to be in that area, or is it too far from Basel for a coffee and cake??
