Well here it is the second event - PH Goes Karting - the revenge of the PH's

Venue is again Sutton Circuit www.suttoncircuit.co.uk/ in Leicestershire - top event last time.

Should be 2 hour race with teams of 4 drivers.

I will need deposits etc as soon as possible from all that want to attend, so post here for more details - and get your names down quick, cost approx 40 quid - Need £20 per head deposits to reserve places.

Sorry mate, going to have to give it a miss this time, I'm still in pain from the christmas karting event at Langer, my own personnel diagnosis is a cracked rib, so due to my terrible physical fitness I'll have to sit it out on the side lines, I'll have a word with the usual suspects and see if any of them are interested

Oops, missed this thread until now.

Put me down for a blast - OK OK steady trundle...

Will probably bring a mate - he was pissed off I didn't mention it last time, will check tonight.

He will have an even lower power/weight ratio than me!

I shall also try to get a cheque to you *before* the event this time

Cheers, Phil

Just pushed this around the usual suspects, the 2 Ricks are up for it again, and hopefully Taff and Simon, but as my side still hurts, (think a trip to the doc is overdue) I'll be event photographer

Not that noisy for a 2 stroke, i think we would probably only need 2nd all the way round sutton !!!

we had it at the museum tonight, it was dark by the time we had got a nre plug and had it running !!! its one heck of a rush in the dark with all those trolly bus poles wissing past, and um a bit wet to..

the motor is water cooled yamaha yz 250 2 stroke

edited cos i got my wucking mords fuddled

Graham, the Yam is a nice motor - Mine is a KTM 250 - single pot 2 stroke - shite off a shovel.

We are currently working on modifying the chassis to accept a 550CC Kawasaki 4 Stroke 4 Cylinder race bike engine - approx 85BHP with 50+ foot pounds of torque :-)

Approx top speed calculated to over 200 MPH, with and 0 - 100 in around 3.5 secs

Raceboy,

Seeing as you are going to site this one out with camera and doughnuts
