Anyone going to supercarfest at the runway on the weekend?
Also any tips from people who have been before. Heard the queues can be pretty bad. It’s completely sold out for Saturday so going to be busy.

Yep will be there for the third year running on Saturday. Watch out for the Tangerine on the Runway!

Get there early if you are part of the show 8am is preferred but show opens at 09:30am to public. It does get busy on the entry gates if you leave it too late...

Not part of the show but in the Supercar paddock parking. Intend to get there for around 8:45am. (2hr drive for us)
Hoping before the traffic.

Anyone know where to go for booking passenger rides?

I’ll be there on the Saturday and signed up to do runway runs (weather dependent though). Looking forward to the day, not so much the early start.

Was looking at this for tomorrow but 40 quid per adult is not exactly a bargain...

The stereotypical 2 adult, 2 children family would be £100 just to get in!

Perhaps I am just too old / too out of the loop / forgetting about 4 years of inflation...

If you booked Sports and Performance parking and took a nice car then you get in for £25 per car.
Obviously advance booking required.

The outlay for a nice car to arrive in would seem somewhat more than the ticket prices on the day, I guess... lol

Don’t you own anything moderately interesting then?
I went in a GR86. You didn’t need a supercar. lol

Well, it would probably meet approval of some of PH, but it is old, filthy, rusty, and also suspected to be broken at the moment, so the boring barge option may be required instead... lol
