Advice for British Grand Prix? Seeing drivers?
Discussion
Hi guys, this year I have had a result in that I have been booked to DJ for 3 days at Silverstone, for a helicopter company and their VIPs. Part of the deal is me and my family stay there and have staff passes whatever that means for the entire weekend. My wife and daughter are with me for the 5 days, but obviously I will be busy at peak flight times so they will be on their own a bit Thursday - Sunday. My daughter (22) has really got into F1 the last couple of years so I want them to be able to have some good experiences.
Is there any advice on how they can occupy their time? Like good spots / times to spot the drivers and how best placed to be so we can get as close to the podium as possible at the end of the race? Not been there for a good 15 years myself!!
Many thanks, Lee
