Anyone going?
I am going on thurs
Went to the fully recharged show earlier in the year, which was really good, at the same place (whilst having a smile at all the private jets landing and taking off next door...)
This looks good, much bigger
Thinking of going to this - what did you think of it?I am going on thurs

Really enjoyed it, lots to see and excellent value for money.
Mike Brewer comperes the outside arena, Tim and Fuzz on the indoor stage
Parking is a few miles away and buses are provided to the show
There is a 20 min test drive route around local roads. Got a supervised drive in a Ineos Grenadier and Alpine A110, Tesla are letting people in cars unsupervised- just follow the sat nav. Other cars to drive as well
A lot is outside so beware if weather is crap

Farnborough District Motor Club (FDMC) are doing Autosolo demos in the morning, passenger rides in the afternoon all days.
You just need to sign-on (subject to age restrictions etc.).
Located in the Motorsport Arena just near Bridgestone Hall and food area.
Guaranteed you'll come back with a smile on your face!

We erre there yesterday, I took the TVR to display on the TVR classic car stand. Very quiet yesterday, I think the early morning rain kept people away but it stopped by 11 (plenty of time to look around the halls) and by 12 was starting to get blue sky and very warm. Didn't start raining again until I git home last night.
A good show, with a mix of classics and modified/fast car mix, plus new stuff . Got chatting to Adam C, and the guy who dropped an AMG engine into a mustang, and the complete Merc interior, rescued from a very rusty bodyshell Looked factory inside and the engine bat was just one big black block. Very neat.
Drift car passenger rides were £20 for which you got three laps of their circuit about 60 secs of adrenaline rush, plenty of takers it seemed.
Sporting Bears were there, we went out in the 7.2l Dodge charger, donation price is per car so three of us shared that for the ride - great fun.
Displays at the top were Hoonigan burnouts and smoking, at the bottom were drift cars. Lots for the kids to do as well.
Army were there in force with a great display, the AA had a huge display of old patrol cars etc, woth checking out the bottom hall and the electric cars. BYD, chinese manufacturer brought some very interesting cars. One was like an updated Tesla 3, looked very nice, the Mid SUV again was very well speced, looked good and started at £36k to £39 for top spec, so well price. They were offering test drives.
Plenty of food choices at the food court area at the top, although expect around £10 per item, but they were generous portions. Coffee and cake in the bottom display hall was just under £8...
A great day out all in all, plenty to see and do.

Same here, excellent day out. Surprised by how much was there to be fair, me and my mate spent a good 5 hours just wandering round and looking at stuff.
The live action stuff was good, Mark McCann put on a decent show and also the other white SVJ Lamboghini sounded incredible.
Some really fantastic things on display today!

I went yesterday, great day out.
The highlight for me was the Sporting Bears passenger rides - I went in a 911 991.2 Turbo S and it was just the most immense acceleration I've ever felt in a car. The owner launched it at least 3-4 times, it felt so quick and planted, it was incredible.
I also saw 2x NSXs (my favourite car). Other cool cars of note were an Alpine A110 R, Porsche 918 Spyder (hybrid hypercar), Ferrari 812 Competizione, Ferrari F355, McMurty Speirling.
