First time to Bicester for me, what an amazing place, and some absolutely stunning machinery on display.

Some cool photos there.

Been going on and off since pre-Covid, and the event just keeps getting better. Every time they manage to get some truly special metal (modern and classic), as well as lots of cool and curio classics to get lost looking at. And that's before you get back out to the main car parks and realise there's a whole Sunday Service of performance cars out there...

Same here, first time for me but I'll definitely go again. Excellent day out, loads to see, even just the car park before we got in was jaw-dropping!

At least one car above belongs to a PHer, rather coincidentally I was in PM contact with him earlier this week so it was nice to meet him and say hello when I recognised the car,

I made a beeline for Joe’s SD1 when he arrived, lovely thing.

The owner of that Allegro is a dear friend of mine, and you couldn’t get a car so far removed from his day job!

Great event as always. Just love this. Way better than the Goodwood Breakfast Club now. The Autojumble in the main hangar needs to be a permanent fixture though.

And being a local resident (discount ticket price local!) as well as an attendee, very responsible attendees on the local roads going to and from site smile

I'm a regular at the Scramble, but there was some real quality and unusual stuff there yesterday. Jag XJ220 next to a McLaren Senna, best of all a Aston Martin One-77

The Autojumble organiser is a friend of mine. She was saying last night (as she dropped off the pedestrian crossing lights I'd bought that were too big to fit in my car biggrin ) that the challenge is Bicester give them fairly short notice that they want to run the autojumble so it's hard to get traders lined up. Sounds like a commitment to running it every time would make it much easier to fill with good stuff.

Oops!

OOI, for someone who has attended neither, what is the draw/USP? Do both events offer superb breakfasts or something? Bicester certainly don't appear to be struggling to get people to attend!

Annoyingly I couldn't make it, pity coz there were a number of mates there and it looked like a good day for it too.

I still dribble over it from time to time despite having it for more than a decade smile

I'll echo the comments of others above: there was the usual great mix at the event yesterday and the usual relaxed vibe. Bicester Heritage is an amazing facility, and the Scramble represents an opportunity to peer inside the garages of some fantastic specialists and businesses as well as enjoy the cars dotted about the site. The public car park is also worth a couple of hours of wandering. I've been recommending Scramble and Assembly events there to people for some time and will continue to do so.
