PH Sunday Service returns on Dec 12
Our only event of the year is taking place at Caffeine & Machine - sign up here!
Good things come to those who wait. Much has changed in the world since we last shared a lukewarm cup of coffee in a carpark. But, eager to enjoy the optimistic excitement of 2021 before we get locked down again, we've shoehorned in our first return to the PistonHeads Sunday Service meet up on Sunday 12th December. As the only event we've done in 2021, the brilliant team at Caffeine & Machine will be hosting us at their HQ in Ettington, Warwickshire (set your sat-navs for CV37 7NS).
Come on down for a coffee, some breakfast and a good old catch up. Park in the yard, pore over the fantastic machinery that you'll all be bringing and have a browse in the Emporium when you need a break from the crisp, sunny December morning... probably.
We've got space for 150 cars, so you'll need to book fast to secure a spot for this one. It's £10 per car - but bring as many people in it as you wish - which includes a code for £5 off food and drink in the Roadhouse. Everyone and any car are welcome - you don't need to drive a supercar for our events. We'll be there from 9am - 12pm, which is how long your booking will be valid for. If you want to stay for the afternoon (and the F1 finale), you'll need to book an additional slot.
To attend, make sure you book your car space on the Caffeine & Machine website first - then put your name down on our calendar here so we can see what you're bringing. Entry will only be allowed if you've pre-booked due to limited capacity so please don't just turn up. Tickets are first come first served, so be quick! We look forward to seeing you all there.
Almost two years with out PHSS's almost made me gave up thinking about it's return. Thank god their back & at a place i've only started going to this year 7 really love.
Already looking forward to the two hour drive up & seeing all of you!
I've been to C&M 3 times now. A top tip is when people arrive at their time slot, everyone naturally orders their food/drink via the app so the kitchen suddenly has 100 orders to handle... this means waiting times for food/drink can be long! What I did last time was park up, watch all the cars arrive, and then walk around looking at them all. After 30-60 mins, then order food/drink once the mad rush has cleared and it'll come quick. It did for me last time!
Well that didn't take long, all tickets gone within a matter of hours! We have held back 10 tickets for staff cars and a few feature cars but we may release some of these, so worth putting your name down on the waiting list.
Sorry to those that didn't make it this time but we'll be back with more events next year, so very much looking forward to seeing many of you next month and in 2022.
And also a Tesco for 99, and a shell for optimax with a short 1 mile diversion towards the town centre.
Otherwise not much local to the venue for fuel if your heading back south, Stratford on Avon is worth a visit
( slightly northeast) if you’re from out of the area and wish to make a day trip of it, or possibly the motor museum @gaydon also around 10 miles away ( near junction 12 M40)
