Got tickets for the Scramble meet Sunday 4th October but half expecting it to be cancelled in the light of an impending Covid-19 national spike, So enjoy this week-end while you can.
Have noted that some organisations are beginning to cancel 2021 events in the light of so much uncertainty.

October Scramble Update
Bicester Heritage has been actively monitoring Government policy regarding the control of COVID-19 and growth rate projections for the forthcoming weeks. Given the circumstances, we believe that it is prudent to cancel the final Scramble open day event of 2020, due to be held on Sunday 4th October.
The inclusivity of the Scramble events means that, by their very nature, enthusiasts are encouraged to congregate in close proximity within Bicester Heritage’s Technical Site which, even in a distanced fashion in the coming weeks, would be inappropriate. Looking ahead to October, we believe that cancelling the event is sadly the most appropriate decision to take at this time.
It is our responsibility to safeguard our specialist community, employees, event-attendees and to uphold Government regulation. Bicester Heritage is disappointed not to be able to proceed with the Scramble as planned, and we know that this will be sad news for the many event supporters who had made plans to attend, both enthusiasts and exhibitors alike.
Bicester Heritage is reviewing future event possibilities for COVID-compliant gatherings and will endeavour to welcome visitors to our historic location once it is safe to do so.
Bicester Heritage would like to take this opportunity to thank our Scramble Pass holders for their continued support throughout 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and look forward to welcoming you to our Centre of Excellence for historic motoring enterprise in 2021.
Scramble Pass Refund Policy
If you have held on to your Scramble Passes throughout the year, we wholeheartedly thank you for your support. The unprecedented turn of events throughout 2020 has certainly made it a tough year to navigate for any events business.
We will refund all pass holders in full via Eventbrite. Refunds will be made through the ticket booking system this week.
Once again, on behalf of all at Bicester Heritage, do take care and please ensure that care and compassion for one another remains at the forefront of all our minds.
