So is this on? Great if so but you would think it would need to be confirmed asap?

Well I’ve booked to go to Masters F1 weekend at Donington on 18th/19th. Some other good support races too. I figure crowds will be small and we’ll be outdoors with massive space to spread out in. Touch points can be kept to a real minimum so to my mind it’s no less safe than going to the supermarket and feels acceptable in light of pubs and restaurants starting to re-open .

Looking forward to it and hope the weather plays ball and nothing kybosh’s it...

That's surprising as they've cancelled their Autojumble on Sept 5/6.

The revised calendar should be announced shortly....I think the events will be smaller and everything will be pre-booked but there plenty of space around the site and various one way systems have been tested over the last month. The Supercar weekend and Autojumble are just too busy to control crowds safely.

I'm booked in to display at Simply American.

I am 50/50 on if the event will actually happen.

The Pubs only opened again recently, if cases start to climb i expect these events to be cancelled.

Following the huge success of the first meeting 'Dragtastic' at the all new Melbourne Raceway (formerly York) there will be Dragtastic 2 on the 5th/6th September. For £120 you can RWYB the weekend and the cost covers entry and camping from Friday for you + 2 'crew', racing for 1 car.
A massive amount of work has gone into improving the venue.
Tickets need to be pre booked in advance and are available on the Straightliners 'calendar' website page.
