Is anyone else attending the supercar day this Sunday at Stonor Park, near Henley? It's only the second year for this event; I gather that last year was a bit last-minute, however they still managed to have a couple of Ferrari 250s and a McLaren F1 on show. Hopefully there'll be a similarly interesting crop this year.

I'll be there in a 911 GT3 (despite its non-supercar-ness). Fingers crossed the weather stays favourable!

Yep I shall be attending again, enjoyed it last year so hopefully it's a little bigger with more variety. It sounds like they've split the display area up so this sounds the case, plus the fact I've been demoted to an 'exotics' parking area with the Elise this year rather than the main area so its sounding good....

I might go to this but the weather's not going to be as nice as last year. Do they park the cars up the hill on the grass or up on the hardstanding by the house?

I expect most of the cars will be on the grass. There’s an area of the most interesting or exotic cars which might be different, but I’m in the less swanky “Charles Stanley Supercar Paddock” which is where I think the majority of owners will be parked. Fortunately no rain forecast after this evening, but I’m praying for some sun.

Pretty good weather in the end, nice cars parked outside too. Makes me wish I'd got performance parking for Goodwood FOS this year.

Was a superb day and great cars.

I took my Challenger and Mustang along.

It was a good day - and the weather was favourable. My feeling is that they do need to spread it out a bit more. The supercars are very crammed in, to the point of concern (as an owner), with people almost having to squeeze past. They of course have plenty of space to just shuffle things out a bit more - move the catering back towards the entrance a bit more etc... and that way they could get a few more cars in that are slightly less super, but deserving none the less.

Overall though, it is generally well done, and was pretty well attended. Worth a visit next year.

I did hear someones zip pull clinking across the back of a Lambo, as few of us turned round and gave her evils. I feel there should be more protection for the cars if they are to be exhibited.
