Aston Martin Sunday Service - May 12th

A PH Sunday Service return to an old favourite - here's what you need to know!

Our third Sunday Service of the year is inbound, and it's not one you'll be happy to miss; make sure you save May 12th in your diary as we're visiting the incredible, state-of-the-art Aston Martin HQ in Gaydon!

This is our first time back to AM's Gaydon since 2016, and with it previously being such a popular destination for PHers following the Sunday Service calendar, it's quite an exciting time for us. Aston Martin will be hosting us from 0900 - 1300, and will have a fantastic fleet on show for us; there will be the stunning Vanquish Vision Concept, the DBS Superleggera, the DB11 and DB11 AMR, and the Vantage. Of course, there will also be a car park full of PHers' own stuff, so expect some fantastic machinery there as well.

We won't have access to the actual factory as it is, obviously, a working area, but you will be able to look out over the factory from the café while enjoying a bit of brekky.

As it's a live manufacturing site access to some areas is restricted and attendees will need to sign a confidentiality agreement. We'll send a link to this by email to those attending so make sure your email address is up to date in your profile.

We have space for 350 cars, as per previous years, so as space is limited make sure you sign up to the calendar quickly to avoid disappointment!

Date: May 12th 2019
Cost: Free, but we like biscuits...
Start time: 0900h
Finish: 1300h
Spaces: 350

Address:
Aston Martin
Banbury Rd,
Gaydon,
Warwick
CV35 0DB

thumbup looks good and I’m signed up.

There’s no mention of restrictions but I wanted to check - I’m planning to bring my two kids - will that be ok?

You don't have to say how many people are turning up.

Sorry, I missed this!

As others have said, you don't really have to enter how many people you're bringing - as long as they fit in your car, they can come! That is of course unless we specify a certain amount of people can attend per car, but in this case we haven't.

Cheers

Few of us in the South meeting at Shell Winnall (M3/A34 junction) prior to this.

We're heading up avoiding the mundane A34 and M40 route, through the North Wessex Downs and the Cotswolds.

If anyone is interested to join, let me know smile

Do we have to sign anything prior to going in?
Is it just a case of turning up with a pack of custard cremes?

There will be a confidentiality agreement you'll have to sign before going, but I'll email this over to everyone once I have it! Please make sure your email address on your account is up to date smile

Custard creams a bonus...

Thanks!

The full joining email has been sent today to everyone, along with the confidentiality agreement - this is part of the entry criteria, so please do bring it along.

The email will be sent again on Friday to make sure everyone has it.

Thank you! smile

Do all attendees each have to sign a Confidentiality Agreement i.e. passengers as well as drivers (assuming they are over the age of 18)?

Good point Jeremy! I've just asked AM and they have said everyone (over 18) on site will need to sign the form.

This extra info will be included on the email sent on Friday, too.

Everyone on the list should have received the email yesterday – if you haven't drop me a PM with the best email to reach you on and I'll send it directly.

I'll re-send again tomorrow in case anyone removes themselves from the list and we get some of the reserves creeping in.
