Does anyone know the route the cars will be taking from Edinburgh to London next Sunday?

Not sure of the route but I'm heading to Regent Street where they'll end up in London.

Rumours of a visit to dunsfold. There's a top secret checkpoint further south. Would love to go myself but I have a wedding this weekend in Wales

I see there is a checkpoint in Manchester so assume M74/M6 south.

tempted to head up to the London Regent St event however not sure if it is worth the effort from SW / Richmond area...

personally seeing them on route would be better than going to Regent Street as it will be absolutely packed. Not only will the Gumballers be there but also a number of other cars are travelling in.

According to the Gumball website, the drivers take their own route, so long as they call at the checkpoints. M1 is a possibility for those drivers who fancy Snake Pass for the drive.

That has to be one of the worst websites I have used.

We will not have a set route from Manchester but most defiantly we will all take the M6 and from that consider either M1 or M40. It really all depends on traffic and what the police have in mind.

Are you forming part of the display in Edinburgh on Sunday?

Not sure whether to catch the cars there or perhaps in Biggar on the way across country to the M6?

Yes they are all will be parked on Rutland Street on Saturday and moved to the Mound on Sunday for the departure.

Visited Regent Street yesterday. Very busy early on, but great to see the cars come through and the weather was great for once!
