Yup! Currently in the hotel with very sore feet, and a head still spinning. You know it's a good show when you become bored of 300SL Gullwings (must've been 20 there at least), with many sporting a price north of €1M. Add to that every type of 911, Mercedes, Maserati, Jaguar, Citroen DS etc. you can think of (all pristine), plus the more oddball stuff (Facel Vegas, Iso Griffos, Fiat 124 Spiders, through to NSUs, Tatras, etc), currywurst and beer, and I am in heaven. And the girls on the Alfa stand: oh my 
I can't recommend this show enough. This is my third trip out here, and it gets better every year. It's also bloody huge (12 halls plus the outside bits) so plan on staying the night before and after to make a full day here (you'll need it!). It's easy to get to, well organised, and the Germans are as ever, lovely.
Oh, and top marks to Jaguar. What better way to get attention than offer test drives of the VERY loud (words or TV can't convey the nosies these things make: roars, pops, bangs, the lot!) F-Type through Essen...with the whole car painted in a Union Flag
