I wanted to try and gather a whole pile of bikers to a track, say donnington, and have a day out, but I assume they need marshalls, st johns, and burger vans, does anyone (ted?) have any experience of organizing this sort of thing, and what is involved?
I know they do there own "trackdays" but I was hoping for a group discount kinda thing, or a personally organized job.

any info appreciated.

I seem to remember that Silverstone was £50K a day to hire...

I'm told Goodwood is 10K.

Organising track days is a complex, expensive and stressful business. Why not employ the services of an expert company that are familiar with the complexities of the whole process. The only bike company that springs to mind is www.100pc.co.uk but there are about a dozen others too.

Working at Ricardo a few years back, we did a couple of trackdays at Goodwood - about 30 people plus a dozen marshalls was all that was needed... We paid about £100 each IIRC. Mind you, might've well gone up by now.

If its all your own mates, then it shouldn't be that tuff to do - they supplied the marshalls, but remember - no timing! They were limited on dates as well, but other tracks should be just as flexible... Best thing to do is call the cicuit and ask....
