Nurburgring 24 Hour Race - 20th - 22nd June 2014

Hi Guys, as we have been going to the Le Mans 24 hour race for quite a few years now, we have decided to go to Germany and the Nurburgring 24 Hour Race instead in 2014.

We are planning on leaving on Wednesday and coming back on Tuesday with a overnight stop on the way there, and an overnight stop on the way back.

I am interested to hear peoples opinions on good places and routes to the Nurburgring as I'm struggling to find dedicated websites that give decent information.

Also we have been told that camping at Brunnchen or around the Breidscheid area is the best, again anybody been who could give us some pointers or contacts to get these campsites booked.

Any help is appreciated.

The N24 is way better than LeMans, we stay in a B&B but have walked the whole circuit during the race.

The camp sites look mental (great mental that is).

Exactly what we have been told, how much is the b&b by the way, and how far from the circuit is it ??

Do fancy camping though, either Brunnchen or Breidscheid are supposed to be good fun. Just need to find out how to get these booked.

You need to plan well ahead, if camping many of the locals will be onsite a week before the race and will have all the prime locations.
