Victory Wheelers hit Hayling this Sunday
- Fri 17th May 2013
Hampshire based custom, American and hot rod car enthusiast club will be hitting the Hayling sea front this coming Sunday for its eighth annual ‘Hayling Reunion – chill out by the sea’ event.
Funland Amusement Park will be hosting the gathering and proceedings will kick off at 10am.
Billed as ‘a lazy day for all things custom, rod, rat, muscle, chopped and bobbed’ this is the perfect opportunity for ‘petrol heads’ to chat, mingle and relax with likeminded individuals.
Hot food and music will be on offer and the Victory Wheelers are hoping for a fantastic turnout.

Well I didn't get down there, visitors arrived but saw a few of them running around, and passed one or 2 on the M27 as we headed out later.
Always remember when I was younger, there were no Lambo/Ferrari pics on my bedroom wall, it was custom cars for me, but alas never had the money to do one

Quick Google would suggest maybe not.Google Suggests
"It didn't strictly die; it did a 'Hot car'-style transformation (that magazine changed into Performance Car), and morphed into American Car World over the period of about a year until they announced the name change. I think the last issue was about May 2003. To be Honest, it had been dying on it's a feet for a few years before that, ironically as Custom car was back in the ascendancy.
Gone, but definitely not forgotten.
