PistonHeads Sunday Service: 02/06/13

Join us at Jaguar HQ, Gaydon, for the next Sunday Service

A Sunday Service at a new venue is always an occasion to cherish. And while we have headed to the Gaydon area before, this time will be our first as guests of Jaguar, which makes this a very special Sunday Service indeed. So make sure you get June 2nd in your diaries.

Of course we’ll have the usual elements of PHers' cars, breakfast being available, plenty of tarmac and an opening time of 9:00 with a close no later than 13:00 - that’s a given - but we can do better than that thanks to the efforts of the Jaguar team.

This Sunday Service will celebrate Jaguar motorsport, Le Mans history and the new F-Type range, with highlights including

  • Andy Wallace in attendance
  • Le Mans Heritage Jaguar cars display including the fantastic XJR-9
  • F-Type V6, V6S and V8S available for your perusal
  • Classic Jaguar R cars on display including XJR and S-Type R amongst others

Spaces are limited to 500 cars for this special meet so make sure you sign up to the calendar as soon as possible. Space and access is limited at this meet and we will operate a strict ‘no name, no entry’ policy and there is no overflow parking available on site.

Where: Jaguar Land Rover, Banbury Road, Gaydon, Warwick CV35 ORR

Jaguar Land Rover is situated on the B4100 just outside the village of Gaydon. Travelling from North or South the easiest way to reach us is by following the signs from Junction 12 of the M40. Please use the Aston Martin entrance upon arrival which is the second roundabout past the Heritage Motor Centre.

Sign up on the calendar here.

If any PHers would be interested in helping us on the gate please get in touch. Thanks.

Is there a limit on actual attendees or just cars? I could fill my car quite easily for this.

Well behaved labrador OK to come along like at MB World?

The position on this list is directly proportional to how little work people are doing wink

Hi All,

Being a newbie (and hence possibly a bit wet behind the ears) making my first appearance at a Sunday Service, can anyone confirm if this is free entry, or is it a pay job?

Thanks in advance.

It is free but you need to put your name on the list, the list is for cars rather than number of people attending
