Hi, still no confirmation yet of a date for a BMW HQ Sunday Service ?
Not at the moment I'm afraid, but I'll update this thread if we do manage to get one in for this year thumbup
Thanks Ben, I’ll keep checking.

Live: The Motorist Sunday Service - 30/06

Our next Sunday Service is now live at The Motorist on 30th June. We've got space for 1,000 cars so it'll be a big one! Get all the details here.

I'm working on another one to add in later in the year but the Annual Service is pretty much a full time job in itself to organise, so unfortunately other events have to be sacrificed to make it happen. Hopefully it'll be worth it though biggrin

Also the goodwill that we had from venues to organise free events 5+ years ago isn't really there anymore. Sunday Services seem to be very price sensitive when entry fees are involved with paid venues, so they are becoming harder and harder to organise unfortunately.

That’s a shame I certainly would pick multiple events over one big one frown

Just appreciate all you do to get anything organised, I suspected that organising the Annual Service would be a massive task.

Without asking for full disclosure on the the final event that your working on, would this also include the delayed or cancellation of Silverstones May event leaving us one “new one” but 2 dates for after Bicester?

We should have at least two Sunday Service events after Bicester in 2024 thumbup
