Right hand driver conversion 355/360

I'm amazed how many LHD 355's there are for sale but no mention about converting to RHD. Is it more difficult than I imagine ? or are there other pitfall ?
It doesn't like it could be that expensive, could it ?

I would imagine the cost of doing it would come to not far of the £10k premium, also you could have serious issues with resale etc.
