Hi all,

I’m about to pull the trigger on my all time dream car a Huracan Performante.

I have whittled it down to two cars that are exact same price (£205k) same year, same spec (except sound system) and same mileage (1000miles difference), one is green and one is matt orange. The other difference is one is from a main dealer, the other is from a non Lamborghini independent dealer (very good reputation).

They can both offer Lamborghini warranty but I just wondered what (if any) the advantage would be buying from main dealer over an independent? Is the warranty different if bought from a main dealer for example?

Thanks!

You should ask the indy what type of warranty they give. A Good few manufacturers warranties are not transferable if the car is sold by a dealer not in their network.

Hi, nice position to be in good luck with your purchase. Main dealer gives the potential for ‘goodwill’ in the event of a borderline claim and also the dealerships tend to host the occasional event during the year, which can be good fun to attend. Also gives you the chance to build relationships for future purchases etc. Having said that a good reputable indie also offer great service too. I have bought previous Lamborghinis via both routes and have no complaints with either, but the odd freebie event is always welcome. Have fun and great choice of car.

i'd also want to know why a young car was at an inde'
some reasons valid, some less so...

I’d buy from main dealer, more safety/protection/comeback. If the price is the same then it’s an easy choice.
