Car speccing is an art - what is your little flourish?

I love speccing cars, what are the little touches that make all the difference on a car for you - 2 from me below:

1. 911s have to have white dials (rev and chronosport)
2. Ferrari flags on paddles (picture follows)

Prefer manual but not a deal breaker

No enhanced driving aids (radar etc)

No contrast stich to dash (reflections)

Smallest wheels available for best ride, handling & unsprung mass

No electric seats, manual adjustment so you can slam back & forward in a micro second to get in and out

Definately no keyless entry

Radio with Bluetooth

AC

Cruise

Final flourish, heated seats & extendeable sun visors
