600lt Coupe or a 991.1 GT3 RS
Discussion
Has anyone owned both of these cars and if so could they let me know there thoughts on ownership experience, pros and cons.
Both are similar money in todays market and there seems to be a regular supply of cars coming onto the market.
The LT looks more special but is it actually more special!

I came out of a 458 (a truly great car) and into a 991 GT3 RS ... rewatched all the old launch videos of the 600LT ... Not for the first time Youtubes algorithm had lead me to a car purchase!

These two were the final cars I came down from my options last year.
I drove the 600 LT Spyder over 2 days (the first drive wasn't enough as had no fuel / little time).
2nd day, I had a proper drive over proper roads, in the correct driving modes with the roof down etc, after that, I didn't even bother sorting out a test drive in a gt3rs!

up a very nice 600lt with low miles from 140k to
150k.
My concern with the 991.1 is will it be special enough, it certainly looks special but will it be a 50k better drive than our gt4 or 70k better drive to the 991.2 4s we have recently sold!
In my eyes the 600lt certainly looks more exciting than a
991.1 gt3 rs, my head is being sensible and saying try pick up a nice gt3 rs privately but my hearts saying you only live once get the 600lt.
A friend has just swapped from a 991 Gen 1 GT3RS to a 600LT spider. I have been a passenger in both (the GT3RS on track, and the 600LT on the road). For what it is worth, I think the 600LT is way more of an occasion. It looks spectacular. A real supercar, with pops and bangs from the exhaust just behind your head. Both are fabulous and totally dedicated to going very, very quickly. Neither tries to be a rounded proposition, and I love that. I am a big fan of 911s - had a 997 Gen 1 GT3 for 7 years. But if I was in your buying position it would be the McLaren for me.
